As the Australian Institute of Sports, we are planning a training program that will support individuals who have reached a certain level of competence in Fitness and Pilates to work as personal trainers in the gyms they work in. At this level, training will be given on some subjects in order to prepare individuals for the situations they may encounter in their work areas and to accelerate the adaptation process to the work systematic. This phase will include 5 days of distance education. Presentations on the topics, which will last approximately 3 hours a day, will be made by expert instructors.
The training we provide for Personal Trainers; It takes place in two ways: applied (camp) and online (distance education).
Practical training; Our training for Personal Trainers covers many topics in the field and is carried out both theoretically and practically. In our applied training, detailed demonstration and practice of each movement is provided with you.
Online education; In the training we will provide for Personal Trainers, five-day theoretical (distance education) live lessons will be given covering many topics in the field. You will get information about the concepts that you can use within the scope of personal trainer in the lessons that will last 3-4 hours a day and will be given with different trainers.
